And all this is slowly changing. Engineer Andy Rubin started to create an operating system for smart phones based on a digital camera system, which is the predecessor of Android. Andy Rubin was a robot engineer working for Carl Zeiss, a famous optical equipment manufacturer, and then devoted himself to the research of handheld device operating system. With rich experience, Andy Rubin has also been supported by other engineers, which is why he officially launched the Android program in 2003. However, due to the lack of support from large companies, after only one year of research, there is a serious shortage of funds and manpower in the Android program.
